Because of the high interest of National Governements to rationalise the expenditures on health investments, a lot of governements ask an assesment of the investment into the comunity of haemophilia patients. Hence the WFH and EHC published a introduction into health technology assesment. (click on image to download the brochure 500Kb)

One of the tasks of the EHC is to collect data on the different countries. The WFH colelcts data of all the NMO's around the world. The EHC uses this data and has its own surveys. In 2001 and 2003, the surveys were conducted in conjunction with the World Federation of Haemophilia.
