- Share expert knowledge within EUC and with others
- Consult with European Haemophilia Institutions, pharmaceutical industry and other external bodies
- Co-operate with other European Patient's organizations
- Co-operate with the medical and scientific professions
- Support, network, collate and disseminate information
- Share experience and encourage cross-national co-ordination of activities such as national haemophilia programs for comprehensive haemophilia care
