Statutes
The EHC was officially constituted (315 KB)as a not-for-profit international association (AISBL -Association Internatoniale Sans But Lucratif) on the 15th November 2006, in Brussels, Belgium. Its statutes are deposed at the Belgian Court on the 8th of February 2007 to be published in the ‘Moniteur Belge (209 KB)’ and are approved by the General Assembly during the EHC-Conference in Parma in 2007.
The EHC is governed by the Belgian Law of June 27, 1921 on the not for profit international associations (AISBL) and the subsequent amendments; it is registered as an AISBL under the Belgian law with the No. 887.106.966
