On 8-10 April 2016, 15 young volunteers from 12 European countries gathered in Barcelona for the third Youth Leadership Workshop organised by the European Haemophilia Consortium (EHC).

The workshop aims to train the next generation of volunteers and leaders for the European haemophilia community. The workshop programme consists of a mix of lectures, practical exercises and sharing of experiences and best practices from more mature volunteers. The objective is to sensitize young people to the importance of being active in their respective National Member Organisation (NMO) and to prepare them for potential issues that they may be facing in their volunteering life.

This workshop was made possible thanks to an educational grant from Baxalta, Novo Nordisk and Roche.
