One of the Consortium"s main tasks is to follow European developments on issues relevant to haemophilia. With a view to optimally use our own expertise as well as leveraging the expertise of other experts and stakeholders, the Consortium has regular contact with:

• The European Agency for Evaluation of Medicines (EMEA) 
• The European Commission’s Directorate General for Public Health & Consumer Protection (DG SANCO) 
• The European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations (EFPIA)
• The European Organisation for Rare Diseases (Eurordis) 
• The Plasma Protein Therapeutics Association (PPTA)
• The European Patients Forum (EPF) 
• The International Plasma Fractionation Association (IPFA)
• The Patients Organization

 
In addition, the EHC is a member of the European Disability Forum (EDF).

The EHC also operates as the European regional office of the World Federation of Hemophilia (WFH), working closely with the WFH team in Canada.  A WFH representative regularly joins EHC meetings.
