Avant de rejoindre l\u2019EHC, j\u2019ai travaill\u00e9 pendant dix ans dans une organisation belge soutenant des femmes sans-abri dans un refuge. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 mon exp\u00e9rience sur le terrain, j\u2019ai acquis d\u2019excellentes comp\u00e9tences organisationnelles et une compr\u00e9hension approfondie des organisations belges. Je parle fran\u00e7ais et anglais, et j\u2019apprends actuellement l\u2019espagnol.   <\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Qu\u2019est-ce qui vous a attir\u00e9 \u00e0 rejoindre l\u2019EHC ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Je voulais travailler pour une organisation partageant des valeurs qui m\u2019importent : empathie, solidarit\u00e9 et justice. De plus, j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 attir\u00e9 par le travail de l\u2019EHC parce que je me soucie vraiment de la sant\u00e9 des gens et je pense que tout le monde devrait avoir acc\u00e8s aux traitements m\u00e9dicaux. <\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Quelles sont vos principales priorit\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019EHC ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019une de mes principales priorit\u00e9s est d\u2019\u00eatre responsable des t\u00e2ches administratives. Une autre priorit\u00e9 est de s\u2019assurer que les membres du personnel disposent de tout ce dont ils ont besoin au bureau.
