EHC is embarking on a new chapter as we announce a change in leadership.

As per mutual agreement between Luis Teixeira, our current CEO, and EHC, Luis will step down from his role and leave the EHC on May 14. The Steering Committee would like to express its sincere gratitude to Luis for his dedication and contributions during his time with the EHC. We wish Luis all the best in his future endeavours.

As we navigate this transition, we remain committed to upholding our values and delivering on our mission and objectives. With this purpose we are pleased to announce that EHC has appointed a new Chief Executive Officer, Olivia Romero Lux, former interim president of the EHC and present Steering Committee member, starting her tenure on April 1st. Olivia will terminate her position as a Steering Committee member on March 31st. Between April 1st and May 14th, Olivia and Luis will both operate as CEOs to ensure a smooth transition.

With a proven track record of dedication and experience, Olivia brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to our organisation. We are confident that her commitment to the current vision and strategic objectives as well as her innovative and balanced approach to challenges will guide EHC through our next phase of growth and development.

As we transition to new leadership, our commitment to delivering value to our stakeholders remains unwavering. We are excited about the possibilities that lie ahead and look forward to working together.

Miguel Crato, EHC President
