On 10 December, the EHC is organising a Round Table discussion on Working Together on Rare Diseases – Shared Decision-Making for Advanced Technologies, chaired by Dr Maria Elisa Mancuso, EHC Medical Advisory Group Chair, hosting MEP Tomislav Sokol (EPP, Croatia) and MEP Vytenis Andriukaitis (S&D, Lithuania).
In the context of the ongoing revision of the EU Pharmaceutical Legislation, the EHC believes it is crucial to put patients at the centre of it. Therefore, the aim of the event is to create a unique opportunity to discuss and share perspectives on the importance of shared decision-making in implementing advanced technologies for the treatment of bleeding disorders, involving patients, healthcare professionals, regulators and policymakers.
